Standard Wedding Package Pricing
Reservation Fee: $500
(Due at the time of scheduling)
This fee holds the date and covers staffing for the event. This fee is in addition to the rental fee.
Wedding Rental Fee: $1500
(Due 3 weeks prior to event)
This fee includes use of the facilities outlined below for 10 hours. When planning your event, please be sure to factor in time for decorating, photos, clean-up, etc., in addition to the event itself. Additional time can be added to the package at a rate of $100 per hour.

- Use of outdoor pavilion, gardens, & grounds
- Use of Riverby for wedding party changing rooms, restrooms, and kitchen facilities
- Use of tables and chairs for up to 200 guests (chairs & tables will also be set up by FAC)
- Use of linens (tablecloths & napkins) in your choice of black or white
- Decorative white bunting on the FAC fence

Damage Deposit: $500
(Due 3 weeks prior to event)
This deposit is required for all wedding packages and will be refunded within 2 weeks of the event if no damages occur. Renter is responsible for any damages to FAC buildings, grounds, structures, fixtures, or property as a result of misuse or negligence on behalf of renter or guest. If the cost of damages exceed $500, the renter will be responsible for additional costs.
Bar Service:
Any event with alcohol being served must use French Art Colony bar service and must be booked at least 3 weeks prior to the event. Bar service includes a bartender and plastic drinkware and is $50 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. (This does not include the cost of the drinks.) Regular bar service includes a selection of wine, beer, mixed drinks, canned soda, and bottled water. All drinks are priced and sold individually, whether the events has a "cash bar" or "open bar." (With a cash bar, guests pay for their own drinks. With an open bar, the renter pays for the drinks.)
All legal guidelines will be strictly adhered to & customers will be served at the discretion of our staff. All renters using bar service must have a liability policy from an insurance agency.
Wedding Cancellation Policy:
If an event is canceled more than 6 months before the event, a full refund of the reservation fee will be made. If an event is canceled 3-6 months before the event, 50% of the reservation fee will be refunded. If an event is canceled less than 3 months before an event, the reservation fee is non-refundable. All other fees (rental fee, damage deposit, & bar service) will be refunded.
