Each rental is unique. Call to get an exact quote for your special event. Private rentals are intended for weddings, receptions, reunions, showers, birthdays parties, and similar activities. Rentals for public events must be community-minded and suitable for all audiences. All rentals are subject to approval by the French Art Colony.
Reservation Fee: (due at the time of scheduling).
This fee holds the date and covers staffing for the event. This fee is in ADDITION to the rental fee. Please note, any damages will incur additional costs. See cancellation policy below.
*Weddings: $500 | *Small Event Rental: $200
FAC Wedding Package:
$1500 Includes: use of Pavilion & grounds, use of Riverby for wedding party changing rooms, photos, and kitchen use. Also includes tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, as well as table cloths and napkins. (Bar service is an additional cost.) This fee is for a time period of up to 12 hours, including decorating, event, and clean-up. *There is an additional surcharge of $100 per hour for any event extending beyond the established 12 hour rental. We suggest having a wedding planner or coordinator to ensure the event runs smoothly, within the time allotted. *The FAC does not allow the use of faux flower petals to be used during weddings. Real flower petals are more than welcome*
Small Event Rental Package:
3-5 hours (including decorating, the event, and clean-up), under 60 participants/guests. Includes tables/chairs and choice of Pavilion or Grounds or inside rooms. $50 per hour, minimum 3 hours. Linens, bar service, special equipment, use of additional inside or outside areas are not included, and may incur additional costs. *There is an additional surcharge of $100 per hour for any event extending beyond the established maximum 5 hour rental. Small event rentals may be booked at any time for Monday-Thursday events (non-Holidays). Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and available Holidays may only be booked less than 90 days prior to the event. Certain holiday dates may not be available for rentals.
Any event with alcohol being served must use French Art Colony bar service. It is preferable this service be booked at the time of scheduling, but must be booked no less than 3 weeks prior to the event. Bar service is $150, with a 3 hour limit, including bartender and plastic drink ware. Regular bar service includes a selection of wine, beer, mixed drinks, canned soda and bottled water. All drinks are priced and sold individually, whether "cash bar" or "open bar". All legal guidelines will be strictly adhered to. Customers will be served at the discretion of our staff. All renters using bar service MUST have a liability policy. A copy of the liability policy must be given to The French Art Colony at the time of booking the bar service.
Table cloths and napkins are available for rent, at a charge of $10 per table. Limited color choices available.
Reservation fees are forfeited for any cancellation made less than 90 days prior to the event. 1/2 the reservation fee will be refunded if cancelled 90 days - 6 months prior to the event. A full refund of the reservation fee will be refunded if cancelled more than 6 months prior to the event. Any cancellation of bar service made less than 90 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of those fees.
