"Riverby" The home features a floating spiral staircase that extends from the foyer to the third floor, providing an excellent site for photos (picture below).

Southern Lawn and Gardens
Wedding design by Floral Fashions, Gallipolis Wedding design by That Special Touch, Gallipolis The southern lawn features a large open-grass space, perfect for tents or outdoor games. A brick patio is also available for use.
Northern Lawn and Gardens
Wedding design by Floral Fashions, Gallipolis The northern lawn is bordered by trees and shrubs. In addition to flower beds, it includes a reflecting pool, memorial benches, and sculptures. A wooden arbor is also on the eastern side that provides a lovely backdrop for photos.
Rental Fees: Calculated on a sliding scale depending on how much space you use and for how long. Rental time is based upon TOTAL TIME, including clean-up. Your party must supply their own linens, tableware, and silverware. Security Deposit: There is a non-refundable security deposit of $50.00 to reserve the date. This will be applied to the final payment if there is no damage to the property. Staff: A charge of $15.00/hour is added per FAC staff member if rental/set-up/clean-up is during a time when staff is not normally present. Tables: A charge of $25 is added for table/chair use. Two (2) eight foot tables, four (4) six foot tables, and approximately seventy (70) chairs are available. Clean Up: The FAC will be cleaned prior to your event. The FAC must be left in the same condition. For events with attendance of 75-150, an automatic clean-up fee of $75.00 will be charged. For events with attendance over 150, a clean-up fee of $100.00 will be charged. Guest Limit: If the event is over 150 people, additional portable toilets will have to be provided by the lessee due to stress on the historic home's plumbing. Please contact FAC for further information. Liability:
A waiver, which holds the FAC harmless, must be signed when the rental
contract is signed. All groups assume their own liability for their
guests both in terms of their personal safety and/or any damage they may do
to the facility.
